Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right applies to distance contracts concluded through our online store, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement sent by email or post.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not obligatory.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from the contract.

Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the conditions above have been met. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Returned goods should be sent back complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts covered by statutory exceptions, including but not limited to:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature;
• other exceptions provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.
